Located in downtown Canton, MA, our 600 Square feet space has the character and elegance to make your event truly unique. The space layout perfectly accommodates intimate celebrations for up to 50 guests.
Rental Details:
The Studio Rental: $900.00 (fee & taxes NOT included)
Hourly Rental: $150 per hour (2 hr. minimum)
Capacity: 50 guests max for sit-down dinner
Rental Times:
Rental End Times: Events must end by the times listed below.

Friday and Saturdays: 11:30 pm

Sundays: 10:00 pm

Weekdays: 9:00 pm
Deposits a $300 deposit to secure your event. The final payment is due 7 days before your event. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable:

Additional Fees/Charges may apply depending on the service request.

All rentals are subject to taxes.
Security Deposits:
$250 (cash/cash app/or Zelle) Security deposit is required within 48 hrs. Before your event. You will receive the security deposit within 24, provided the event ends on time and the space is broom-swept clean.
Please note:
● $150 fee if the event does not end on time, even if it goes 5 minutes past the end.
● $100 fee if the event space is not cleaned, if there are damaged or missing items, or if there is any violation of the contract terms and conditions. Examples: using glitter confetti, attaching tape to the walls, or having more guests than allowed.
DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT INFORMATION UPDATES
Deposit Refunds:
You will receive a full refund if St Clair Event Studio cancels your event due to state rules and regulations.
You will not receive a refund if:

You cancel for any reason

You have to decrease your guest count

You are required to change your event time or guest count

Guests are not comfortable attending your event due to pandemic-related changes
-
Deposits are transferable to a different date.
